What to expect when registering for and attending the workshop.
1. About the workshop
These terms describe participation in Present Like A Leader, a free online workshop organised by SPEAKERS VALLEY SDN BHD, Registration No. 202501005590 (1607004-V), with Tay Vui Kit and Ong Shu Yi.
The workshop provides general presentation and communication education. Individual progress depends on practice, effort and experience; no particular speaking, career, business or income outcome is guaranteed.
2. Registration and joining details
Provide accurate contact information when registering. A form submission is subject to successful processing; opening a page alone does not confirm a registration.
Use the date, time, timezone and joining details issued for your confirmed session. Workshop dates shown on a public landing page may move to the next upcoming session; that does not change a session already assigned to you.
You are responsible for having an appropriate device, internet connection and any software needed to join. Joining details should not be shared as though they were another person’s registration.
3. Fees and other offers
This workshop is advertised as free. Registering for it does not purchase or enrol you in a paid service. Any separate paid offer must be explained with its own price and terms before you decide to purchase.
No payment or refund policy is created by these workshop terms.
4. Live attendance and changes
The workshop is live and there is no replay. Please plan to attend your confirmed session.
If a change to a session is necessary, use the revised details communicated by the organiser. Check your joining details before the session. Your confirmed joining details set out the session date, time and access method.
5. Participation and materials
Participate respectfully. Do not harass other participants, disrupt the session, share unlawful material or use the workshop to distribute spam.
Workshop presentations, branding and materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights. Do not record, reproduce, redistribute or commercially reuse them without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
6. Privacy and communications
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. WhatsApp workshop reminders are optional; declining them does not prevent attendance. You can message the organiser on WhatsApp to request your class joining details.
Workshop reminder consent does not enrol you in unrelated marketing. You may ask the organiser to stop optional reminders.
7. External services
The registration form and online workshop may use external service providers. Services you choose to use, such as WhatsApp or Google Calendar, have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using them.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not create a waiver of mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
